The black finish on the 8.5 cm long Sandvik 12C27M stainless steel blade and Virobloc ring is obtained through a specific treatment (electrolytic bath). This treatment improves the resistance to corrosion (in accordance with food contact). The handle is made from high-quality oak wood.
