Ebony is a rare and luxurious wood coming from the forests of Africa. Thanks to its beautiful density and deep black colour, ebony is traditionally used in marquetry. To get a velvet touch, a specific wax is applied manually to each handle.

The 8.5 cm blade is made from corrosion-resistant Sandvik 12C27M stainless steel which is low maintenance and provides excellent cutting quality. The blade has also been double polished for a mirror effect and the Virobloc safety ring allows the user to work without any risks.
