We ask that you carefully review the criteria described in this application, fully completed, and return to us for consideration. We’ll contact you as soon as possible to let you know the status of your application.
ORDER REQUIREMENTS AND PAYMENT TERMS
All orders are freight free; however, orders under $500 (excl. GST) will incur a minimum handling fee of $10+GST. Your first inventory order must be $3000 Min and Payment must be made on a prepaid (proforma) basis until you’ve established credit with us. To establish credit, you must complete a Credit Application Form. To keep your account active with us, you must order at least $10,000 annually.
BRAND AND PRODUCT REPRESENTATION
We believe that carrying a broad range of product enhances the long-term success of our brands and our dealers, and we also want to ensure our brands are properly represented in a professional manner. We require that you stock a reasonable range of different products within a brand, not just a handful. We may also limit your dealership to specific brands or categories of brands. We will review compliance with these criteria periodically. Non-compliance may result in the termination of your dealership with us.
SALES CHANNELS AND MARKETS SERVED
We expect clarity and transparency from our dealers. Applications are strictly limited to true retail businesses which intend to buy our products for resale. If we find that you have not fully disclosed the nature of your business – we reserve the right to close the trading account.
